For Rentals

  • Costumes are rented for a fixed period.
  • Late returns attract additional charges.
  • Damaged/missing costumes may result in deposit deductions.

For Purchases (Online Sales)

  • Return Window: Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery (unused & in original packaging).
  • Non-Returnable: Customized costumes, accessories, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., wigs, masks, makeup).
  • Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
